Withdrawal Policy
Procedures, available balance rules, review stages, and settlement verification for client withdrawals.
1. Available Unallocated Balance & Minimum Amount
Clients may submit withdrawal requests starting from a minimum of 1,000.00 up to their verified unallocated balance by selecting their country and receiving bank. Capital actively allocated to open trading mandates must be deallocated prior to withdrawal.
2. Review & Status Lifecycle
Every withdrawal progresses transparently through Submitted, Under Review, Approved, Processing, and Completed (or Rejected with a documented reason returning held funds to unallocated balance).
3. Payout Verification
A withdrawal request is marked Completed strictly after the outbound bank wire or approved payment transfer has been executed and its settlement reference recorded.
