1. Information Collected
We collect identity, contact, source-of-funds, and transaction reconciliation data strictly required to onboard eligible clients, fulfill KYC/AML screening, and maintain accurate client-money accounting records.
2. Private Document Storage & Access Control
Identity documents and payment evidence uploads are stored in private access-controlled buckets restricted to the submitting client and authorized Compliance or Finance personnel.
3. Data Retention & Security
Financial ledger entries and verification records are preserved under immutable audit controls to satisfy accounting traceability and client reporting obligations.
